Tickets cannot be purchased via the GiveSmart or CAVS websites. All entries must include payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Entries may be submitted via USPS, telephone, or form drop-off at 1530 North San Antonio Avenue, Upland, CA 91786 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. CAVS reserves the right to reject any entry form that is not submitted with payment which does not constitute "good funds". No refunds are available.

COVID-19 -Please note, many items in this auction are experiences or events that will need to be planned with the donor or CAVS in advance. Due to current CDC guidelines, some of the experiences will need to be planned once the experience is permitted, with group gatherings etc... If tickets for an event are cancelled due to COVID -19, the winning bidder will be entitled to a full refund. The health and safety of our students, families, and staff remain our top priority. We appreciate your understanding.

Once you have registered your credit card you will be able to start bidding from anywhere using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Auction Item Pick-Up
Auction items must be picked up from the CAVS Advancement Office, located at 784 Aster Street, Upland, CA 91786. The Spring Benefit Committee will contact winners to make arrangements for item pick-up beginning Tuesday, May 18th after 3:30 p.m. Should shipping or delivery be required, the winner is responsible for all associated costs. 1. When does the silent auction close?
The silent auction will close on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. A select number of items in the 100 category will be closed at various times on Saturday night. Watch for text message notifications regarding scheduled closings.
2. Is a credit card required to participate in the silent auction?
Yes, a pre-registered credit card is required to begin bidding. Payments will be processed to the credit card on file on Monday, May 17, 2021. If you would like to complete payment through another method (i.e. check), please contact Ms. DiMarco at [email protected].
3. How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving text message notifications, make sure you have the correct phone number listed in your profile. Text messages will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached the maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message for any item(s) you have won.
4. What happens if I do not pay for item(s) I win?
All balances must be paid in full before item(s) can be collected by the winning bidder. Items left unpaid after seven days will be sold to the next highest bidder.
5. How will I collect my winnings?
The winner must pick-up item(s) from the CAVS Advancement Office, located at 784 Aster Street, Upland, CA 91786. All items can be picked up beginning on Tuesday, May 18th after 3:30 p.m. Should shipping or delivery be required, the winner is responsible for all associated costs. All auction winners will be contacted by the Spring Benefit Committee within one week of auction close and provided detailed instructions for item collection.
6 Are there any items that are not eligible for shipping?
Yes, items including alcohol are not eligible for shipping, regardless of the winner's location.
